Here are a few of the clean-up projects we have been working on

Sasmat Lake, Port Moody, BC

On July 23, 2021, We were requested by Metro Vancouver to locate and remove broken glass in the water that was cutting up people’s feet. While we were there, we also removed 82.6 lbs ( 37.4 kg) of trash. Click the photo to watch the video.

Fishermen’s Pier, West Vancouver, BC

On July 21, 2021, We went for a dive at a site that we last cleaned in 2014. We removed 154 lbs ( 69.8 kg) of trash. The land based volunteers also removed many bags of trash from the beach. Click the photo to watch the video.

Goldworthy Pier, North Vancouver, BC

On July 19, 2021, We went for a dive at the Goldworthy Pier which we have never been to before. We removed 267.8 lbs ( 121.4 kg) of trash. We identified a big pile of shopping carts and crab traps, which we will come back for. Click the photo to watch the video.

Lost Lake, BC

On July 7, 2021, We headed off to Lost Lake located in beautiful Whistler BC. We managed to remove 37.6 lbs ( 17kg) of trash. Click the photo to watch the video.

Cultus Lake, BC

On May 20, 2021, I went to retrieve a dropped cell phone in Cultus Lake. It was in really deep waters but I did manage to find I it and return it to the owner. Plus we got to remove 21.6 lbs ( 9.8kg) of trash. Click the photo to watch the video.

Lonsdale Quay, North Vancouver, BC

On June 10, 2021, we revisited Lonsdale Quay to remove more trash that we know was there. We managed to removed another 157 lbs (71 kg) of trash from the North Vancouver waterfront area. Click the photo to watch the video.

Chilliwack Lake, BC

On May 26, 2021, with the cooperation of BC Parks, we removed 204 lbs (93 kg) of trash from this beautiful lake. Click the photo to watch the video.

Albert Dyck Lake, Abbotsford, BC

On May 24, 2021, we went back to our favourite place if we wanted to find tires! 965 lbs (438 kg) of trash removed, including 42 tires. Click the photo to watch the video.

Cultus Lake, Chilliwack BC

On May 20, 2021, we were tasked to recover a lost cell phone. While we were there, we removed 21.6 lbs (9.8kg) of trash. Fun times! Click the photo to watch the video.

Lonsdale Quay, North Vancouver, BC

On May 13, 2021, we performed a clean up dive at the public dock and pier located at Lonsdale Quay. While much of the garbage is industrial debris that has likely been there for over 50 years, we still managed to remove some more “modern” trash. 137 lbs (62 kg) of trash was removed. Sayres Lake, BC

On April 22 and 23, 2021, we removed 147.6 lbs (66.9 kg) of trash from this beautiful lake near Mission BC. Items of note were multiple duvet covers thrown in to the lake as well as a full size BBQ. Click the photo to watch the video.

Cultus Lake, Chilliwack, BC

On March 29th and 30th, 2021, we removed 470.2 lbs (213.2 kg) of trash from this popular lake. Very unfortunately, this lake will have a lot of garbage for many years to come. Click the photo to watch the video.

Sasmat Lake, Port Moody, BC

On March 22, 2021, we removed 97.8 lbs of trash from this popular urban lake. This is one of our go to lakes for trash after a busy summer. Click the photo to watch the video.

Albert Dyck Lake, Abbotsford, BC

On March 18, 2021, we removed 535.5 lbs of trash from this flooded rock quarry, turned urban park. This park use to host a wakeboard area and has since been removed. Hence all the tires, which were used to create barriers.

Sasmat Lake Port Moody, BC

On Feb 26, 2021, we removed 88.2 lbs of trash from this popular urban drinking spot. It is really unfortunate that the kids can’t pack it in, pack it out.

Albert Dyck Lake, Abbotsford, BC

On Feb 11, 2021, we removed 462.2 lbs of some pretty interesting trash from this lake. The most interesting find is probably the 10x10 pop up tent. The wind must have caught it and blew it in to the middle of the lake.

Cat Lake, Squamish, BC

On Feb 6 and 7, 2021, we removed 93 lbs of of trash from this popular party lake. People like to bring their drinks out on the lake in floats and then just drop their empties in to the lake. Never a shortage of beer cans in this lake.
